Shipping & Delivery
Order delivery time consists of two parts: processing time and shipping time.
Processing time includes order verification, customization (if applicable), quality inspection and packaging. All orders will usually be sent to our manufacturer for shipment within 72 hours after the order is placed and payment is received. Shipping time refers to the period from when the item is shipped from our warehouse to the destination address. For the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and Europe, if the item is in stock, Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance takes 2-4 weeks for delivery; for other countries, if the item is in stock, this shipping method takes 2-5 weeks for delivery.
If you need to make changes to your order, please email us at service@yorisui.com within 24 hours of placing the order, and we will be happy to assist with the required changes. Unfortunately, we cannot modify your order once it has been shipped. To avoid disappointment, please double-check the size, color and other details when placing your order to ensure they meet your requirements.
General Terms
If you are not satisfied with your purchased Yorisui products, you are eligible to initiate a return request within 30 calendar days of receiving the items. Qualified returned items will be refunded in full (excluding original shipping charges, which are non-refundable). All returned products must be in their original condition—unused, unopened, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact. For 3C accessories such as tempered films and data cables, returns will not be accepted if the protective film is peeled off or the product is used (to ensure hygiene and quality for subsequent customers).
Return Process (Excluding Black Friday and Other Promotional Periods)
To start a return, please send an email to service@yorisui.com with the subject line "RETURN REQUEST", including your order number, the specific item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return. Our customer service team will respond to your email within 24 business hours, providing you with a return label and detailed return instructions (including the designated return warehouse address). You should then pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging), attach the provided return label to the package, and ship the package according to the instructions—note that you do not need to bear the return shipping cost as the return label covers it. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s) (usually within 3-5 business days after delivery to our warehouse) and confirm they meet the return conditions, we will process your refund immediately. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method, and the processing time depends on your payment provider (typically 3-7 business days).
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item (e.g., a cracked phone case, a broken data cable connector, or a scratched mouse), please take the following steps within 14 calendar days of receiving your order:

Then send an email to service@yorisui.com with the subject line "DAMAGED ITEM", attaching the aforementioned photos/videos along with your order number. Our customer service team will review your request within 24 business hours, and after confirmation, we will provide you with two options: (1) Free replacement of the same item (shipped at our cost); (2) Full refund (including original shipping charges in this case).
Missing Items
If you do not receive all the items listed in your order (e.g., a mouse pad is missing from your order that includes a mouse and a mouse pad), please contact us immediately by:
Sending an email to service@yorisui.com with the subject line "MISSING ITEM", and include your order number and the list of missing items in the email. Our team will investigate the order packing and shipping records promptly. After confirming the missing item(s), we will either ship the missing item(s) to you for free or process a partial refund for the missing item(s) based on your preference.
Special Notes for Promotional Periods
The Return & Refund Policy may be adjusted during promotional periods (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Holiday Sales). Specific terms and conditions (such as shortened return windows, special return conditions for discounted items) will be clearly stated in the promotion details page before you place an order. Please review these terms carefully before purchasing.
Products Purchased from Authorized Retailers
If you purchased Yorisui products from any authorized third-party retailer (not directly from www.yorisui.com), please contact that retailer directly to handle returns, exchanges, or refunds. Yorisui will not process return or refund requests for products purchased through non-official channels.
